I took 200mg of ibuprofen, and 500mg of acetaminophen, so is it ok for me to take a ambien pill?

It is completely fine to take Ambien with ibuprofen and acetaminophen.

And if you absolutely need it you can take another 500 mg of acetaminophen (1,000 mg max) and another 200 mg of ibuprofen. And taking both are fine but if you need to keep taking both daily for more than 2-3 weeks I would see you doctor.

Has anyone else been prescribed this during pregnancy, and what did you think about it?
My doctor precribed it to me at my last visit because I’ve been contracting for two weeks with no results, and it’s interfering with my sleep. I just wasn’t aware that it had these kind of side effects…Is this normal?

It does make you feel kinda woozy at first. After about a week of taking it, my body seemed to adjust. It actaully helped me out alot. I was groggy at first in the morning but like I said after a week or so, my body adjusted. Hope it helps you!!

Is it alright to take while pregnant? I have been taking it since even before I got pregnant. I am 26 weeks along now. Is it effecting my child? Bad effects? And will the doctor take me off of it soon? Any information or experiences would be so greatly appreciated! Thank you!

OK – thank you for quick response. Suppose I am 69 inches tall and weigh 190 lbs and I took an amount 6 hrs ago. or 8 hrs ago. Is there a way to infer how much was taken?

one microgram is 0.001milligrams, so

(0.026ug)(0.001mg/ug) = 2.6 x10^-5 mg (0.000026mg)

You should ask a biochemist, or a doctor, that question for a more definitive answer. As far as I know, there would not be a way to accurately calculate how many mg you have taken. This is because of various factors that must be taken into account, such as the time of day you took the drug, how well in-order your body metabolism is, what you consumed prior to, or after taking the drug, and any other medication(s) you have been on, etc. There are innumerable factors that come into play.

For example when someone dies of a drug overdose, it is simply called a drug overdose and not quantified. Quantification of the lethal dose of a drug is done in the lab, prior to public release of it.

I have the hardest time sleeping and 1 ain’t cutting it for me. Would 2 at the same time hurt me in any way? Thanks for your time,

I am so tired of being tired. I have really bad insomnia, and have been on ambien for 5 years, along with klonopin fo ranxiety and lamictal for bipolar. The first thing is I want to know how to get off of the sleep medication/ EVery morning I wake up feelin gdrugged and exhausted. I take 5-10mgs a night.

You should probably see a doctor. I know with certain medications (not sure which ones), once your body is used to receiving them, you can’t just stop taking them cold turkey. It sends your body into shock or something. So check with your doctor, a clinic, or even a pharmacist.

I think Ambien is now out generic. These are the only two drugs that help me sleep. I have to work night shift because my fiance works evenings and we only have one car. I can’t sleep half the time. I don’t really have the time to go to the doctor. Are there ANY reliable sites that aren’t a ripoff?

I heard that you can only get regular meds, no scheduled ones. However, I also have heard you can get anything if you know where to look. I would say you can, but where, I don’t know.

I usually need about 3 valium then Im knocked out, I dont just take it for fun I cant sleep without it. Today I decided to take an ambien with the 2 valium I took but Im still awake. Should i try tylenol PM or Nyquil? I need sleep Ive been up for 24 hours straight.

If ur Doctor perscribes these “Items” to you then,Ask for somthing stronger like 2-4 mg of Xanax or 2-4mg of Clononazpam…..
Don’t mix that Ambien crap with anything…….
